These pads worked perfectly to add the exact amount of space needed behind my low back when using my older commercial life fitness leg press. I initially purchased a 5" pad (width at bottom of triangle) but it was too thick. The 3" was exactly what was needed and you got two for less than the price of the 5" pad. The quality appeared identical.

This product is great for stretching my tight calf muscles. Both blocks join up to make a small step for exercises. Happy with my purchase.

Soft but not too soft (no sinking in); I've had four of these for almost a year that I rotate through working on a computer, standing, ~4-6 hours a day every day. With the right shoes allows me to spread and stretch my feet and calves, one way (toes down) then the other. Still in great condition.
