I used this to replace the stock speaker in a Fender Rumble 25. It made a good bit of difference. Seems to be cleaner and louder too. The magnet is much larger than the stock speaker and the overall speaker quality is light years ahead. If you have one of these amps, i suggest you do this upgrade it you have the money and a Phillips screwdriver.

I put these in some old peavey PA cabinets with speakers that crapped-out. They sound much better and can deal with the volume put out by the PA head. They actually sound decent for guitar as well.
