Q: why is there no expiration and production date on the bottle anymore?? the new stuff is much thicker and all my prints are failing..

I hadn't noticed that there was any change in the thickness/density of the water-washable resin. I've had no problems with models failing. What I have noticed is that if the bottle is left for a couple or more months, it settles into layers. Thus it seems very important to make sure thye bottle is well shaken/mixed when filling or topping up the tray. Since the bottle is light impermeable and the resin is light activated, it suggests that keeping it in its original container should minimise any degredation.

Q: can someone please tell me what the little brush is for included with every bottle?

I would be guessing. If people don't use the Elegoo Mercury washing [and curing] station, then the brush would be really helpful in washing the just printed item in a bowl of lukewarm water. Many 3D prints will have undercut areas that would benefit from gentle washing with a brush.

There is no COSHH data sheet that I could find on the Elegoo main or support websites. As far as fumes go, there are some but as long as you work in a well ventilated room and/or use the supplied activated charcoal mask these do not appear to be obtrusive. The close fitting rubber seal around the base of the cover of Elegoo printers keeps most of the fumes away from the user. Obviously when taking off the cover and removing the print/refilling the tray with resin then that is when you should be wearing the mask and gloves.
