Premium Body Nutrition Weight Gainer 3kg Cookies, New Improved Flavour

Needed a mass gainer to fuel my hard work outs this is ideal as is packed with protein carbs calories everything you need , got chocolate flavour I only use 2 scoops instead of 4!half the nutrient content , as 4 scoops is overkill and is far too thick and dense. By using two scoops to 4/500mls water it mixes with ease in a shaker no bits or clumps tastes pretty good especially for the money! Weight is increasing by the week too! I’m now on my second tub of this brand and will definitely be buying again. Great product, tastes good and great price .Win win in my opinion 👍🏽💯

Happy with the chocolate flavour when it is available.

We use 3 scoops and anymore is too thick and use in the blender. Boyfriend drank 2 of these for 1 month and gained 10 pounds. Works if you stick to drinking them! They're very sweet aswell.. so maybe just have a gulp through the day as and when rather than a huge shake and it sits on your stomach for hours.

Very very thick , using a shaker with a ball is definitely a no no with this. Huge clumps of powder left. Needs a blender. Honestly its like wallpaper paste.

Horrible. Took 2 sips and nearly threw up. Way too sweet. Need to throw the whole thing away. Wouldn't recommend

Been using this since October to help gain weight - it's been amazing and I've put on 5kgs which has taken me from underweight to normal weight! I use about 1 scoop/pint of full fat milk to make it go down well, twice a day. Not the suggested serving size as otherwise too thick. You will need an automated drink mixer of some kind to mix well. Can recommend the chocolate flavour as it is yummy! Highly recommend this and hope it goes back in stock soon as I am running low!
