Samsung Z Flip Dual SIM
Fantastic phone with fantastic display. I liked this phone's folding ability to keep sleek inside the pocket. Being new, the performance is good.Dislike: I checked with my local Mobile provider for eSim and came to know that their eSim only works with Iphone!! So, I'm unable to use eSim.

I have had several problems since I took the phone .... 1- The call was suddenly disconnected while talking on the phone 2- The transmission was always out of coverage and I could not call quickly 3- The screen was broken quickly 4- The voice was not clear at the end of the phone with an echo Sometimes .... I reboot the phone repeatedly and wipe the data a lot, and I still have problems with this device .... I want to put an anti-breakage sticker on the front screen of the phone to avoid breakage in the future .... I hope to help me solve the problems

Bought it from Fatema trading. Good after sale service. Mr Hatem owner of Fatema trading was very professional and provided bill with 01 year warranty and location of shop in Deira although it was not required and product was original samsumg product. Happy with the phone and service.

I love it, but...
The product is cool, I love it, but after 5 months of using, the screen now has a greenish yellowish tint to it. I looked it up, apparently, it is not uncommon, and eventually the screen will become useless by time. I'd avoid fold/flip screens for a while after this one is dead.

Major software issue / failure after 2 weeks
Unfortunately after using and loving this phone for 2 weeks it has failed ! The Samsung agent says its a factory issue, but all apps and phone icons moving by themselves all over the place. Not sure if this is just a 1 off but the phone is not usable anymore.Hopefully the replacement will not have the same issue nor anybody else faces this problem !

Lack of responsibilities
Very bad product, got broken after few months usaga, either amazon and samsung saying that there is no option to repair or refund, screen got black, no mechanical damage. Do not buy phones online!

Excellent phone.
Excellent phone, international model came with European plug and plastic protective case. Duel SIM is 1 physical SIM and 1 eSIM. When unfolded the screen is extra long.

Invoice
The product is good but the issue is invoice. Difficult to get invoice if u buy ptoduct through marketplace
