After contacting the company, they told me that the extract was extracted using CO2 extraction methods, which coupled with 90% fatty acids and a 160mg pill makes this the best option on the market for hair loss. Take one in the morning with food and one in the evening for hair loss.

I use this so I don’t get up every hour. I have tried many that are labeled “Berry Extract” this one has been the best since Trader Joe’s stop selling their version. With the Trader Joe version I could sleep the entire night. But for the last few years, I have been waking up every hour. I can go two hours now. This hasn’t been effective, the other brands less so. It is a ok alternative to what has been discontinued but not the same result. I will buy it again, because it has worked the best since my favorite brand was discontinued. 💧🍆🍒🤔

I bought this product because it got good reviews, but when I opened the bottle about two weeks after I received it smells and tastes incredibly rancid! I’ve never had this experience with any other product. Too late to return it, unfortunately!

Have ordered before and they were great. The latest bottle is unusable. The soft gels melted into one large blob. Cannot use them…no returns allowed. Guess I’m screwed. Won’t be purchasing again. Update: the seller contacted me and promptly refunded me for the defective product. Great customer service to this unusual situation

I began suffering from mild BPH a few years ago. This is the only supplement I have ever tried that works. I still get up once at night (for obvious reasons), but during the day the urgency and frequency to "go" has diminished greatly. I highly recommend trying this product. I noticed an effect after only a few days. I take one at night with dinner. This product is more expensive than some other brands, but perhaps there is a reason for that. UPDATE: After using this product for a couple months, I confess the problem (BPH) then get worse. I had to discontinue using the product. I hope this works for others. I wish it would've continued working for me.
