I've used this product for many years. I wouldn't ever want to be without it. It's gentle but cleanses thoroughly and helps prevent acne.

Proactiv products work for acne prone skin. They are not the most affordable it they do a good job of penetrating to get the best results of the active ingredient. I do not get any irritation with proactive products. Product must be massaged into the skin for at least 1 minute. There are similar products out there for less money, but this brand may be the best I’ve tried.

One of the best acne face washes to date. They set the standard high many years ago. Gritty and very effective for acne prone faces. I would give it a try if you are not happy with current acne wash.
