is it hard to come off? can i just pull it off with my fingers?

It is very messy regardless of other 5 star users hard to apply and hard to get off you will need to use makeup wipes to get it off it does not peal off. , A lot of people get products free to try and write reviews for amazon products of course they will say great things just use good judgement and take this in consideration.

The glue that comes in the black container is Formaldehyde free- is this one as well?

Not sure. I no longer have the package and the bottle doesn't say

Is this glue safe for a contact lenses wearer

I don't wear contacts, however this glue doesn't irritate my eyes. It also helps when if you let the gel thicken before applying the lash. Simply apply a little to the lash and then blow on it. This lessens the mess.
