It arrived when it was supposed to and had the correct # of jars(6) My spouse and I were already familiar with the product. It absorbs the cigarette smoke in his tractor without the face slapping miasma of sprays. It absorbs odor NOT covers. When you first open a fresh jar it can be quite noticeable. After a few minutes this dissipates to a barely noticeable almost neutral odor. Personally I find neutral best. Having many allergies I have upon occasion had to leave a location because of the strong air "freshener" employed.
