Well built, haven't had to use it yet, but that's a good thing!

We have not had to use this as of yet, THANK GOODNESS. Delivered quickly and looks like it is going to do just what we need it to do.

So I ordered two, and both had this issue, they had not even been filled with water. I was doing and inspection and when I lowered the tray, it just broke. The product is not eligible for return. Terrible experience.

Unit serves it's purpose well but the design leaves a little to be desired. The drain tube is about a third way up so there will always be 3-4 gallons of unusable water remaining in the tank.
