Gets the job done
everyone here is yapping its alright if you are on a budget. In my opinion i wouldn't recommend it if you have more money. if you can get more money DONT BUY THIS instead buy a 50-100 USD arm stand because this only gets the job done. It does make noise when trying to move it but what do i know, im not a microphone expert

Value for money
Product is good as per the price little change will make it more effective. (The 360 rotate is because the major noob is not fitted as per the size) overall value for money product.

I use this with my Rode podmic. It works great for me and I’ve tried a bunch of other brands (Neewer etc) and this one is by far the best bang for your buck. I’ve even compared this to the PSA1 and although the PSA1 is a clear winner... this is a fraction of that price.... if you’re going budget, choose this one, seriously. I give it 4 stars only because of the lack of motion. Let me share my thoughts. Pros: -build quality is amazing, seriously. The feet is nice and heavy and the pentagonal design makes it sit very nice on a desk when clamped. Very sturdy -love the added headphones rack -comes with nice accessories and I love cable management ties!!! -also the screw adapter is nice if you have different kinds of mics Cons: -It doesn’t extend forward very well, unlike the blue compass or rode PSA1 which can be used opposite the speaker. This means you have to have a shallow desk. No problem for me.. but if you’re using a conference table, this might be a problem for you. -if you want to clamp it on the side of a desk, it works, but you definitely have to jimmy the arm around to get it to fit just right. Again, the major thing missing is the lack of forward extension and that hurts the performance of the stand -the turn knobs are plastic. Everything is metal, why couldn’t they make the knobs plastic? I sincerely wished it was because sometimes I feel I’m breaking it...no issues yet, but be careful

The stand was easy to attach to the desk using the clamp provider. No problems attaching my shock cradle for shotgun microphone either. The materials are sturdy and well-finished. There are no problems holding my microphone in a fixed position. Adjustments were also easy to make.
