While the peroxide-free formula is a plus for those with sensitive teeth, I found the overall process a bit fiddly and time-consuming.The custom trays were comfortable, but applying the gel and accelerator twice daily for 10 minutes each felt tedious. Results were noticeable but not as dramatic as the advertised 7 shades whiter. The included whitening toothpaste was a nice touch for maintenance.Overall, the product was okay, but not exceptional. It's a decent option for those seeking a gentler whitening method, but patience is key. The effectiveness might not justify the price for everyone, especially if you're looking for more dramatic results. This whitening paste really does work but you have to be a bit careful when applying. Make sure it is only applied to the teeth when using the custom fit dental trays, as I got a bit on my lip and it started to burn and left a small blister. It was a lesson well learned and once I applied carefully the kit really does work.

Great taste and can see a different straight away (although gradual whitening effect), coffee stains are instantly removed without damaging enamel. Reasonable price in comparison to other brands. Teeth feel very clean after using this toothpaste and I will purchase again.

The instructions were easy to follow however the whole application felt bit complicated and fiddly as i struggled to get the mould to fit my teeth comfortably. The taste of the toothpaste was not too bad. I was happy with the result (although not the advertised 7 shades whiter) and got some compliments too. Not a long term solution but definitely worth it for a special occasion.

The trays were difficult to mould to the shape of my teeth and I did not enjoy sitting with the gel in my mouth for 10 minutes at a time as I did not want to swallow any of it. I like the fact that the product is peroxide free. Overall the product provides some results but not as strong a result as I would have hoped for.
