Be very careful if you have to open the collar slots
A thin film of excess silicone was in the slots that allow you to pass a collar through the case. I figured I was supposed to just pull it open by hand. I tried to do so gently, but it tore right through the slot area and into the main body of the case where it just keeps going at the slightest stress. The second one I cut through the film with a hobby knife and it's working fine. So, one for the price of two could be worse. On the plus side, the tracker itself is still working great.
