Great for flipping most of what I cook.
I just wish the top and bottom were the same size. I saw in the photo it wasn't and it still works pretty good.

This is great for turning meat on a griddle or fry pan. I really like the control it provides.

Maybe for salad
These tongs aren't completely unusable, however the front edge isn't at all sharpened or tapered down (on either spatula), the metal is clearly just stamped out without a whole lot of smoothing, and the metal is thin enough that if you squeeze very hard or try to pick up something really heavy it will bend a bit.I had high hopes for this as a kitchen utensil, but I'm underwhelmed. It will be good for serving salad, and maybe for transferring flat things from a serving platter to plates.
