First - this sun canopy is exactly what I'd been looking for - easy to assemble and very light weight. I was facing a deadline in terms of getting it before we left for the beach. I called Sun Ninja and spoke with Daniel - wow - what service. He and the crew went above and beyone in expiditing the canopy and extra poles to me - all arrived a couple of days before out departure - thanks so very much! I bought two extra poles and you can see how it worked with the 7x7.5 canopy that comes standard with two poles. BTW - it works very well with the two poles - we just wanted more all around "overhead" and the two extra poles gave it to us. It was pretty windy and placing the poles closer to each corner cut down of the amount of canopy that hung down facing the wind. Filling the end "bags" (part of the canopy) was a breeze with the included shovel on "wet" hard packed sand but was also easily accomplished just by using hands when we set up on a "dryer" part of the beach. Am I happy with my Sun Ninja - absolutely - won't go to the beach again without it!!! Thanks Sun Ninja - Don

Super light weight, compact, easy to assemble. Color is awesome and much bigger than I thought. I bought to 10x10 2 pole royal blue and it's awesome. Havent ventured on the beach yet with it but tested it on a windy/gusty day on grass. The pegs were super strong and it held sturdy and it wasnt even hard to set up in the wind. Little down side(s), very minor, it is not waterproof/resistant (splashed a cup of water in it when set up, it eventually came threw and some beaded down the rest soaked in) but not a big deal, I personally dont plan in being in the rain at the beach and when I intend to use it. And 2nd for the "bands" that tie around the ball when up it's just 2 rubberbands, but if they break easy enough to use a hair tie, again no big it even stands well in the wind without them. It was such a hit my mother is getting one.

After scouring Amazon for an easy to set up sunshade, I decided on this one. Very happy with my purchase. It was super easy to set up. You really do need to fill those bags to near bursting with sand though, as one previous reviewer recommended. First day of set up was windy so it took a little bit of adjusting the poles to figure out the perfect position so they didn't fall. The second day of use was mindlessly easy. It fit 4 people comfortably with camping chairs and a cooler. Sun protection was adequate but I would still use sunscreen. I love this shade and can't wait to use again.

Was really debating on ordering this sun tent..Im so glad that we ordered them. Lightweight, compact carrier. Put both of them up at the beach in minutes. And they stayed up all day almost 10hrs with no issues. Great coverage for my family and friends. The only thing i would do is pack some extra rubber bands or hair ties to wrap the ball of the post. They send you two rubber bands and I lost one of mine so we used my hair tie. Other than that easy up and down, easy cleanup, and easily stored back into its bag..PERFECT BEACH SUN TENT

Also with the brilliant accessories like a sand shovel, foldable stability poles, ground hooks and a bag to pack away into! This has been an absolute game-changer for our beach adventures!
