Hi Darlene,The doors we have can fit from 77 5/8" to 80 3/8", or 93 3/4" to 96 1/2". We do not have a door that fits that size you need. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.Sandra

Q: How does this door hold up in the winter? Does it keep the cold breeze out?

I bought heavier weather stripping and place it in the door jam and on edge. I cut an old piece of pvc pipe to fit behind slider door to hold it tight against the doggie door edge. No cold air came in. I made sure to put the doggie door solid door block to make sure neighborhood cats did not come in the house at night.

Q: How thick are the sides of the small? I don't want to have to remove the latch that allows the sliding glass door to lock when the pet door is not in

The Ideal Fast Fit is roughly 7/8" thick, generally you have to remove the locking mechanism to achieve a proper fit
