It appears to be a Dell product and works fine. I would use their services again more than likely. Good.

Took a power cycle to get the 3110CN to recognize the cartridge and then everything has worked well since.

They look authentic. Sadly I thought they would work on my 3000 machine but the machine said it was incompatible; it was made for a 3100.

Great quality toner that beats the competition. Print quality is excellent. No leaks, etc. Sadly, lasted longer than thew printer.
