I bought this book because of a receipe that was advertised, which implied that it was in this book. I was then very disappointed to discover that it wasn't actually in the book I bought!!! Thought this was really cheeky. Haven't made anything else yet.

I wanted to eat more veggies/eat more sustainably so I bought this cookbook. It is absolutely amazing with the fried halloumi crouton salad being the best salad I've eaten. Highly recommend

This has been my go-to recipe book while we are sheltering in place. Care must be taken in the US with oven temperatures (C versus F). The family particularly likes the orzo pasta recipes.
