Been an at home chef for almost 20 years. Have used dozens of knives over the years. This knife feel quality. Decently sharp, good looking. I do not like how it’s a balanced. And I do not like how large the diameter of the handle is and also the weight of the handle. Though it is a nice knife. I would have returned it but I’ll keep it around to keep trying out since I already cooked with it. Over all seems quality for the price but I’ve Jack cheaper knives that feel more like an extension of my hand than this. Kinda hurts my wrist a little bit.
