I love this meat cutter, it’s the best thing I’ve bought, I’ve also bought several for gifts.

I like this very much because of the simplicity of the design and fabrication. Things like this seem to always have a long life and never get packed away and forgotten.

I like this product, It works very well, I make my own cured meat and it needs to be sliced almost paper thin, but it is very difficult to slice it with a knife and I don't want a large deli slicer in my kitchen taking up all the space. This is a small, compact device that is very easy to use. It is also important that it does not move or wobble when slicing meat. I haven't tried cutting salami yet, but it should be a lot easier than what I used it for. And the reason I give it 4 stars is because I bought it a day ago for $50.95 plus tax and now its price has dropped to $48.93. What's up with that? I'm not going to fight for $2+, but in this day and age with this economy where every dollar counts, I feel cheated.🙁
