This is an extremely useful book for equity investors and equity analysts. The book provides detailed framework for developing an investment checklist. The basic investment checklist contains 59 questions which are classified into ten topics. Each investment question is explained in great detail with practical situations. The author has long experience as investment professional which makes the book very informative. The assessment of quality of management is covered extensively with three chapters devoted to this topic. One may not be able to carry out such detailed equity research in real life unless you are working for an equity research company. But the framework explained in this book will be of great help to all Do It Yourself equity investors. An excellent investment book.
