Disappointing.... Misled....
Package arrived damaged, it was clearly opened previously and the plug was a European plug. No US plug provided. Fortunately we had an older Dell product that worked with the transformer.Computer booted and appears to be working properly (pending all the updates), but I can't help feel like I got a used machine (refurb) or that it is potentially damaged and will exhibit a latent failure.On top of the above the product was delayed and rescheduled to arrive 3 days late, which forced me to drive to UPS to intercept the package.Disappointing... appears the supply chain issues at Amazon are resulting in inferior packaging / products creeping in.
