Helps with low sodium level
My MIL has a low sodium level. At 97yo she can eat as much salt as she wants (which is a LOT) and her levels are still barely normal. If she cuts back on table salt or drinks a bit too much water--anymore than 2-3 small glasses a day, her blood sodium levels drop to the point of making her ill and in need of hospitalization. After the 3rd hospital stay for this, her doctor restricted her water intake and recommended drinking Gatorade and flavored Propel but she didn't like the tastes. These plain Propel have satisfied her need and desire for water and provided a bit of needed electrolytes to keep her sodium levels just high enough that she doesn't get sick. We've now gone several months with no "spells". At first we substituted Propel for water without her realizing she was drinking something else. It does taste a little salty. She never complained about it until there was a slip up one day and she got tap water instead. Now she can have water (plain Propel) whenever she wants.

Refreshing electrolyte water to some, but not others
To my mom and I, the unflavored propel water has a thicker silky texture than tap water and slight taste of saline, but it feels refreshing to drink after getting dehydrated from illnesses, chemotherapy or after exercising. Sometimes, we add crushed raspberries or spritz of citrus to add some flavor essence without significant addition of sugar. Despite the high price for this beverage, I keep buying this water for my family because it doesn't have any sugar or alternative sweeteners and the level of electrolytes seem effective enough. My dad and some of my friends didn't really care for the flavor because of the slight saltiness, but they do like the taste of the flavored ones.

Alkaline water
Not as good tasting as the Essentia water we purchased at the same time and given the price diff between the two, I'd have to opt for Essentia, esp because I go through at least 6 liters per day. It is alkaline though, so for those who aren't as concerned with taste, either one is a great choice.

Hard to find!
Wish this wasn’t so hard to find. Amazon is the only place I can get unflavored Propel. Love that it has the taste of water without any added colors or flavors, but you get electrolytes like you’d find in Gatorade (this is made by the makers of Gatorade). It’s pricey in my opinion but it helps my daughter stay hydrated and feel better. I have these set up as subscribe & save and have been getting them every month for at least a year now. As a side note, there have been a couple times that I ordered these and they arrived damaged. Amazon customer service was excellent and remedied the issue right away.

Sodium?
Who would have thought I needed to look to see if this water had sodium. I would have never ordered it had I known it had approximately 15% of daily intake of sodium per bottle . There are other waters on market with electrolytes and they do not contain sodium. Taste horrible. Wish I could send it back

Make caused diarrhea
I like the water at first but after a couple of months it is starting to cause me some diarrhea. I only drink one bottle a day and then I refill it with filtered water throughout the day. I’m having to switch back to my Fiji water. It’s great if you have constipation issues because it has sodium in the water. I am going to only drink this every three days until it’s gone. Hope this helps somebody.

Bottles came bent and lids cracked
Love the item. I’m dr ordered to drink but the packaging has been an issue This last box of water wasn’t marked heavy it’s 5 degrees it sat out on the porch all day I’m small but pretty strong and I couldn’t budge it. All the others have “heavy stickers “ labeled everywhere so it wouldn’t be jerked up like I tried Love the H20 dr said have to but amazon needs to learn how to package. Little plastic would have helped and door bell works for a reason let’s me know something is here. But no it sat out in 5 degree weather. You can imagine the deformed bottles but it was cold
