Is the monitor battery only, or can it be plugged in to wall?

The monitor uses a battery only.

I tried to change the seat, but the bolt(s) on the existing seat wouldn't budge with a wrench. Any tips, suggestions, warnings re changing the seat?

Use 2 wrenches on both nuts. One to hold & one to unscrew.

My magnet will no longer stay in place. how do i go about fixing this? it stays close to the wheel no matter how light i go with resistance.
