Isn't exactly the same model as on the image, this one has a solid rectangular handle, but otherwise it's nice, works well, easy to install, so I'm satisfied with the deal.The manufacturer is "DNL", the model is "Tarke", so search images for "dnl basin mixer" and look for solid rectangular handle and its package has a blue wavy pattern on it.The flex hose it's shipped with is '3/8" double o-ring male to 3/4" female' (approx. 9.7mm and 19 mm), the female end was too big for my water outlet, so I kept the old 'M10 male to 1/2" female' hoses and added some ptfe sealing tape to compensate for the double o-ring.
