Only one problem that I faced
Good quality, it worked on my samsung galaxy note 9 when I used a USB to type c adapter (AMAZING), I had one issue though, when i plug a headset that has mic, the sounds of my laptop reach the other person on steam Nd discord, any communication application. But when I use the audio port of my headset only and use an external mic it works very good.Hope this helps

NOT FOR BM 800 MIC
this sound card definitely boosts your audio but it does not add any volume boost to your mic or at least my mic it does not boost it at all and ground noise is still noticeable so i wouldn't recommend this for mics but it is a pretty good sound card for audio output, but since i want a sound card for my mic I will be returning this and trying out the sabrent sound card

A fine, inexpensive product for decent audio.
Totally plug and play for me - Debian Linux on a Raspberry pi. A few very minor configurations and it works. No drivers or additional software required.The sound quality - while not home theater - is more than adequate for listening to tunes or testing audio applications.

El producto funciona de maravilla, no necesita controladores, ni mucho menos. Sin embargo, si tu problema de audio en la PC, es por una falla en el conector de audio de la propia motherboard, puede que no sea la solución a tu problema, como lo fue en mi caso. Sin embargo, debo reconocer que, si no tienes el problema que presenta mi PC, te será de gran utilidad.Un excelente producto de calidad a un buen precio.
