There is instant reduction in noise level when putting on the earmuffs, however, for the price, was expecting a better performance. Although, if you play some white noise at a low level on earphones and put these over them, you will not hear a thing outside, so in that sense, it works good.

oh these are great, very comfy yet tight at the same time, blocking so much sound, easy to adjust, only thing is the black gets hot in the sun after a while

I was skeptical after reading reviews but thought just try em, glad I did ! They are excellent and fit great. I don't know why so many comment that they are small and just for kids, I am a 200lb man with a normal size hear and they fit great and are very comfortable. I play drums so use these to protect my hearing and they are way better than the set I used for the last 25+ years.
