Zicam Cold Remedy Rapidmelts, Citrus Flavor, 25 Count (Pack of 1)

I have been taking these Zicam rapid Melts for several years. They work for me great! I start taking them the day I feel like I am getting a cold symptom like a sore throat, nasal congestion, or a runny nose, and it seems to shorten the days I have the cold. The value is excellent when you look at how many days you save being sick. And they taste yummy. They just melt on your tongue, so they are super easy to use. They do not affect my sleep at all, so if I wake up in the middle of the night to use the restroom, I take another Zicam. Very pleased and highly recommend.

I take Emergen C almost daily in the winter but these are great if I start feeling off or if I’m around someone who is sick. The quick dissolve is super easy to use. I seldom get a cold or the flu. Remember that these alone cannot be the solution. A healthy diet and getting plenty of fluids works in combination with this. It’s not a cure all. This stuff works great....I had some syptoms of a cold the other night & I took it immediately after it was delivered, & I feel pretty good. I would guess it would work better if I took it before but I just bought it today. So glad that I bought it because I'll use it next time I'm starting to feel the symptoms of a cold.

Best thing every to get rid of a cold. Take at first sign of cold symptoms. I get citrus flaver. These rapid melt on your tongue. Take one every 3 hours up to 7x day. It really works!!
