The quality is very low i even doubt that it is an original product i first got it from the US then when i run out of it i ordered via amazon.ae the quality is so bad the cream is watery!!!!!

This stuff is awesome! I have a sister with disabilities who is in a wheelchair and wears diapers, so my mom has been using this for years! I have actually tried it myself when I get irritation from sanitary napkins and this stuff is amazing. I don't really understand how it works, but it makes the area feel dry as if you'd used baby powder, but it is easier to apply and thicker so it protects the skin more. I honestly wish I had tried this for myself years ago! I would definitely trust this on a baby and would use this over baby powder to make them feel more comfortable.

I know its baby diaper cream but it has zinc oxide soni started using it on my face acne and guys within 1 night use i could see significant difference and by two nights i could see my acne reduction.I would highly recommend this if you are struggling with acne off course with better skin care routine like facewash and serum

It heals baby's sore bottom quickly. Watch out for the marks on your cloth nappies though, if you are using them. Little bit expensive, but if baby has a sore bottom, this is what you need. You only need to use 2 times and the rash is gone
