Effective cuts
We run a plumbing company in Seguin Texas and have used this set up several times. We are extremely satisfied with this product. Highly recommend this set.

Works well
I have cored three holes so far -- two 4" and one 6". They went well and quickly. Instructions assume you know what you are doing. I did not but with the magic of U tube all went well. This is not a toy. It is a heavy piece of equipment. Only time will tell how well the diamond grit holds up.

Excellent product and service
After getting the initial package ahead of schedule, I spoke to customer service, they were excellent and assured me the remaining 2 packages were on the way. I got those on time as told and all items were as described. Everything arrived in excellent shipped condition, no damage to the package. Excellent service overall for this item.

It doesn’t work like it supposed to it takes forever to cut

Broken part
On the first day working with this tool, I was able to drill eight holes on the second day Of the job, the 5 inch core drill Broke I did not have enough time to send it back to Amazon Therefore, I end up purchasing another 5” From elsewhere I spent $130 If any way shape or form You Can have send me 5 inch I Will send you the broken piece back I would appreciate it if you do that Sincerely Jeremy Salman
