Yes continuous flow, or pulse mode to clean the gums. This is a brilliant machine ad a capful of mouth wash to water reservoir it’s the nuts.

Mixed reviews on the water tank here. Would you say that the tank does one use or do you need to refill it?

Depends how much you use it. As a flosser it’s to dislodge any food debris from between your teeth. My dentist recommends once a day is sufficient. I add mouth wash to the water too. It lasts me two/three uses. It’s an average size tank compared to other brands so no smaller than most.

It comes with a 2-year guarantee if you register your purchase with their customer services - instructions in the box. I've just done so myself.
