It's like this.
I've read about many people having shipping damage and I can see why that could happen. This set is very very heavy and ships in a flimsy cardboard box. It's like this... If you're willing to take a chance on the shipping, it may be well worth it. The set is nice and will handle most anything you can throw at it. If they packaged the set in a crate, it would be a lot more expensive and shipping would be costly.You have to weigh out the value, compared to the risk of shipping damage.Mine was perfect when it arrived, so it was well worth the risk.

It’s a beast and I love it.
get 10 ton!Cost me $200 to fix what’s was quoted $1000 at body shop, plus I get to keep the tool. Multi use well made build to last lifetime.

BOUGHT THIS BACK IN JUNE INGNORING PREVIOUS REVIEWS OF CRACKED CASES THINKING TOOL IT SELF MIGHT BE WORTH COST.AND FABING A NEW CASE NO BIGGY. SURE ENOUGH CHEAP CASE TOO WEAK FOR WEIGHT OF TOOL. CRACKED AND TWO HASPS BENT BROKE. DIDNT USE TOOL RIGHT OFF. HAD GO KART FRAME THAT WAS BENT. 1 INCH TUBE. GOOD TIME TO TRY IT OUT. FITTING TO POWER UNIT BLEW OUT SPITTING HYDRAULIC FLUID ALL OVER GARAGE. GOOD THING MY FACE WASNT IN THE WAY OF THE SPRAY. SPEND THE CASH FOR QUALITY. THIS IS NOT QUALITY. AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE, AFTER I FOUND PHONE # WAS VERY HELPFULL AND DIDNT MAKE A FUSS OVER BEING AFTER RETURN DATE. THANKS AMAZON FOR DOING THE RIGHT THING. The case is on wheels

Mostly as expected upon arrival
Product arrived on or ahead of time. Components were intact, however a latch was broken off of the case. This posed a minor issue as this item is in back of a service truck. Simply secured case with a ratchet strap and bungee cord to keep case closed and items away from weather. Haven't used the product yet, but have used others like it in past. Am sure it will do the job

Early review
I just received this yesterday and can't comment on the quality of the tool itself, but I was a little worried and all the bad reviews on the case. That was not the case for me, it showed up double boxed and and in perfect condition, it is a plastic case for a heavy tool, but it does have metal hinges and latches.
