This band has just enough stretch to get a really deep stretch. It is slightly tight for anyone who is taller, but for my height, it is perfect.

This came exactly as described. It would probably be more beneficial to someone taller. My daughter is a gymnast and I dabble a bit in the stretching department. We are both under 5'2, so because that reason I found this a little difficult to use because it is so long.

Too large. No adjustment.

The band will have to stretch out. At the height of 5'10 its a tight stretch from leg to leg. Its a very good band and helpful even one legged currently.

i'm not a dancer but i went to one of the stretch class at my local gym and the instructor uses this for us on part of the stretch and i love it. It stretches my hamstrings, hips and i don't feel sore the next day after any strenuous workouts. So i order this so i can stretch it every day at home.

Nice Kit, wish the band had a bit more give. A little tight.

I may have had a different thought in my head when ordering this. First i am 6'1" and not as flexible as i would like, hence the purchase. The band does not stretch enough to reach both feet, this is meant for shorter people. I have some other bands used for pull-ups and such and comparing the quality these bands seem cheaper. The rubber is really shiny and doesn't seem good quality, however i will use it where i can and if some miracle happens i will report back. There is a plus that comes inside the bag, a lacrosse ball. I have several of these and they are miracle workers getting into the muscles. Use them on your back, lay on them, it is awesome. So i can't give this product too much credit as it was not long enough nor the best quality so you will have to see for yourself. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest unbiased review.
