Batter grinding very soft and also the coconut grater is so much useful

Very bad product ..it is getting heated and gives smoking smell after 15 minutes

There is a dent in d stainless steel drum. The packaging was not damaged but the product on tria run made very loud noises due to the dent .i am returning the product n purchasing a new 1

Not as expected

For an average family one grinding can last at three days breakfast. idly and Dosa are so soft and yummy. Kids hated previously became a fan of dosa and idly. Bought it 2 year ago and still works as new. Highly suggested for lovers of yummy Dosa and Idly. Cleaning after use is also not hard as its parts can be taken off separately. Leaving the ground dough in the grinder bowl will help fermentation faster in cold weather conditions from the heat it has from working. So can be highly advisable for people living in the UK , Europe etc. Highly recommend after having used it for more than two years.

I am really disappointed with the Grinder, the top cover/lid has on the top of the grinder is not removable making it very hard to clean the lid. Also, it is very hard to lock the grinder as it is not easy to adjust the lid and lock. The coconut scraper is not sharp enough to scrap a coconut and not quick enough to do the job, might as well not be there.

The product worked well for the first 30 days and then problems started.. the button doesn't stick so I have to hold the start button to grind stuff.. the stone is not spinning as expected as well.

Not a quality product. First of came as if like previously used, after couple of uses realised that switching on and off is very hard. Need a bodybuilder to take the activate the realease and lock button. Used only twice as it needs lot of patience to use. Very annoying and don’t waste you money and time
