10/10 recommend!!!
THE BEST THING IVE TRIED! I am typically in excruciating pain for at least 10 minutes of landing. The pressure usually catches half of my entire face and it’s constant pain, not just my ears popping. I’ve only have tried these ear plugs once, so far, AMAZING! While my ear still popped while wearing them, that was just it, regular popping, no pain. I did have them on for the entire 2.5 hours of the flight, not sure if I wear them just at landing I’d have the same results. You can still hear your surroundings somewhat. 10/10 recommend trying them out. I did not have a hard time taking them off, they fit perfectly. It comes with a case, which I loved, very small case, but I was able to attach them to my headphones case.

So comfortable I didn’t think they’d work
My Eustachian tubes have been messed up since I was a kid so I’ve been a loyal user of EarPlanes since forever. However, they’re expensive, only good for one round trip, and very uncomfortable. I’d been searching for an alternative when I found these. They had positive reviews so I decided to give them a go.I really thought they wouldn’t work when I first tried them on because they felt very comfortable in my ear. Too comfortable. I was suspicious. But, lo and behold, numerous trips later, I’ve had ZERO ear pain! They fit perfectly. I personally have smaller ears. They work amazingly, have held up, and are so much more cost effective. I will recommend this brand to everyone.

Amazing but got stuck
I have always had ear pain and popping issues when I fly to the point that I couldn’t hear out of an ear for a day or so after landing. I tried these on my trip to Florida and had great results. Less pain, less popping. Only issue was one of them got stuck in my ear and I had to get it out with a paper clip. I will bring tweezers in the future because they helped me so much. Being stuck is the only reason it isnt 5 starts. It needs a longer grabbing part.

Alpine FlyFit - Earplugs for Pressure Relief & Preventing Ear Pain While Flying
Just got back from a long-haul flight (10+ hours each way), and I have to say these earplugs were a lifesaver! I have always had issues with ear pain when flying, but this was literally the first time I didn’t feel a thing during takeoff or landing. No pressure, no sharp pain, nothing. They were super comfy the whole flight and didn’t bug me at all. I could still hear announcements and wasn’t totally cut off from everything around me, but the noise was way more manageable. Also, they come with a nice little storage box, which made it easy to keep them clean and not lose them in my bag. Super handy. If your ears hate flying, do yourself a favor and grab a pair!

Excellent Ear Protection
Best thing ever for airplane pressure! I have ruptured my left eardrum three times, so have pressure problems on flights. I did not think that anything would be effective, but these things are fantastic! No problems at all.Remember to put them in before your plane takes off. I left them in the entire time on an 11 hour international flight. You can sleep with them on too. Super convenient little carrying case I would highly recommend them.

Works great but with one major flaw
I sometimes get excruciating pain in my ears when I fly--particularly upon decent. I've used EarPlanes' EP2. I find the FlyFit more comfortable in my ears than the EP2. But the EP2 plugs are easier to get out. The tab on the FlyFit it too hard to grab. I just took 4 flights with the Fly fit, and, after one of the flight, I actually bought a pair of tweezers to help get one of the ear plugs out of my ear. Thankfully, I was eventually able to manipulate it to the point where I could pull it out and didn't need the tweezers. If Alpine fixes the design to make it easier to pull out, I would probably give 5 stars instead of 3.Bottom line. I'll probably use these again given that they're more comfortable in my ears, but I'm also going to bring a pair of tweezers just in case.
