It works without side-effects
I have been using it for years for my stressful times. I use it whenever I feel very nervous or when I'm too excited to sleep. Knowing that I'm being proactive to try to calm myself helps to reinforce whatever the pills actually do. I have tried other products in the past that didn't work for me. So is not auto-suggestion. They really work. They won't knock you out, but they will take the edge off your anxiety and probably will help you to sleep better or go to sleep faster. ... and they DON'T leave you groggy the next day!! That, to me, is very valuable.

Not as Good as CALMS
DISAPPOINTED in Calms Forte formulation.I sleep better with CALMS formulation than Calms Forte formulation. I have relied on Calms for 3 years. Started taking it to help me remain calm during my divorce at the beginning of 2020. It helped tremendously. Calms helped me sleep more soundly without nightmares. 2 tablets of Calms before bed helped relax my cramping fibromyalgia muscles while I slept so I woke up less sore. Calms has been one of my foundation supplements ever since.Now, with Calms becoming hard to find, I purchased Calms Forte and Calm, not knowing which was the better substitute. Calms Forte has all the ingredients contained in both Calms and in the Calm formulation. But taking two Calms Forte before bed, I sleep more fitfully. Nightmares are coming back. Muscles are not as relaxed. I do not know why it does not work as well as the original Calms, but it simply doesn’t. I have taken one for a while, then switched back to the other, then switched back again to confirm the results. Each time I take Calms Forte instead of Calms I simply do not sleep as well and do not feel as good.I created an Excel spreadsheet comparing ingredients which you can see in the photos.I now have purchased a 2-year supply of Calms at 22.99 per bottle instead of 9.99 per bottle because I do not want to go without it. I am now hoarding which makes me feel bad because I do not want others to have trouble getting what they need. I REALLY HOPE Hyland’s decides to continue to offer the Calms formulation, instead of just Calms Forte & Calm.

Need to sleep-look no further
My naturopathic doctor recommended me these. Even though I am on 150mg of Trazadone, I was still waking up at 2am every day. She told me to try two of these along with my prescription and man was she right! I sleep through the night now and wake up refreshed. You can even take an extra one if you wake up in the middle of the night after taking two. These are non-addictive and wayyyyyyy better than melatonin, which didn't work for me at all.If you need some great quality sleep and do not wish to take something addictive, try these natural sleep supplements.
