Does this fit ladies and men alike same size?

It has an adjustable clamp to fit on the grips of the clubs which I assume it should work for mens and womens clubs. Go to your local Golf Course pro and tell him about this item and he should give you a good reliable answer. The Golf Course Pros use this item for student lessons for training purposes. Good luck
