Q: Will my alpine mrv m1200.1 @2ohm work ok, and do I need a 2ohm or 40hm for that amp?

I have 2 alpine MRP-M1000 and they SLAM as long as you have the power supply and Alpine always underrates their amps to give some wiggle room. I miss the company has lasted this long without selling out

Q: Can I jump 2 hifonics 2400 watt mono amps to 2 star 12’s evils ? Subs are 2500 watts each?

If the amps can be strapped then you can but if the amps aren't strapable then you will need to gain match them one amp per sub

Q: Will these work in a dual cp212-w0v3 box without hurting the subs or box?

As long as the box is not looking revenge or just have the box bolt to the vehicle.
