The seller went over and beyond in making sure everything arrived safely. The packaging protected the metal legs and the leather seat is absolutely gorgeous! Next time a similar product is needed, will definitely use this seller.

The frame bent out of shape the first try. The cover, however, is mag magnificent.

I purchased 2 chairs, one was fine and the second had several deep scratches which was not caused by the shipping company and was returned. The replacement was received but was late. The leather is for dry and am worried how it will hold up. If you like the style you may want to look for a different brand.

Looks great in our home. Cover was beautiful- frame was not the sturdiest but we were really just looking for a new cover so it is great!

I bought two of these and barely used them. The first broke after my 50 lb 8 -year-old sat in it (just sitting, no horseplay). The frame bent at the convection joint. I thought it was an anomaly until it happened to me in the other chair a few months later. The same location was compromised on the frame. While I like the sturdy covers, the frames leave a lot to be desired. Considering that buying a replacement frame is the same price as buying a whole new chair, I would not waste my money on this crap ever again.

The item came is great packaging, nothing arrived broken or damaged! The product looks as expected, and is super cute. Great price for what you get, and it feels sturdy. Would highly recommend!

For the cost of this product the quality of the leather was extremely dry and cracking upon delivery. The frame assembly wasn't simple and with being hallow doesn't give an appropriate sturdiness. I was quite disappointed for the price of purchase

I love the comfort of this butterfly chair. Although the leather is stiffer than one might expect, it softens with use. I know this, because I ordered one last year and it is now ‘broken in’.The seller included a beautiful, hand-made leather-bound book diary with my purchase…this may be a randomly included gift with my purchase because I didn’t get one with my last purchase 🤷‍♀️Arrived on time and wrapped well for excellent protection of metal components.
