GLAD THAT I FOUND IT AND READ IT AND GOT IT IN MY LIFE.
A book that took me in the journey of knowing myself. It's written in simple words and every jargon is explained so well that it's really easy to understand. I came to know about the cause of my ACNE, ARTHRITIS, and the cause of my sis's PSORIASIS. Not only this, I realized the need to stay healthy and how that can be achieved. The recipes given are easy to make. One thing that I liked through-out the book was the personal touch that she has given to book. She has shared her own problems and her client's problems and how they overcame it together. I loved this book and I will keep reading it from time to time whenever I decide to DETOX myself both physically and mentally.And those who are saying this book isn't good. PLEASE don't listen to them. IT'S A BOOK THAT CAN CHANGE YOUR LIFE (Health and emotional wise).

Gud for knowledge...application depends.
I liked reading it as it explains many aspects of eating and what food does to our gut health and many more details from a macrobiotic approach to food. But when it comes to practically applying the diet there are many road blocks .As things like kale, avacadoes, wheatgrass, spirulina, seaweed ,Shilajit and more suggested are not readily available everywhere.But for people who can it promises a world of wellness.

Informative book on detox diet. Not a cooking book.
Not so good. Don't bother buying it. It's for only detox diet cooking .It's not a cooking booking. Its a more like informational journal of diets and detox program from diet.But it's a good for lossing weight and dieting .Very informative .It you want to understand more about detox program this is it. But you ll have to read it whole to fully understand it.

Not good
Have done almost everything that was described in this book but it was not beneficial for me. If someone wants to be healthy or become disease-free then opt out for this book. I do not recommend this book because it is misleading sometimes, e.g. it promotes consumption of nightshades but it does not say about their harmful effects and other complications. If someone is really sick and even doctors cannot help then he/she should read books from the writer Sherry A. Rogers.

Really good information
If you want to understand what works for your body and what does not....how to heal your body naturally when all other modalities of medicine fail for you...then this is a good read for you..
