Yes It is but be mindful it is very small slightly bigger in height than the 200 ply tissue box and the parts are really small. But it’s worth it

Can I know the actual size of the assembled product as 2 different dimensions are mentioned?

It's actually not that big. the surface of the house is almost as big as a note book like maybe 139x205mm if that makes sense and it's height is almost 142.1 mm. I hope this helps cause in the end of the day I'm also an online shopper.

Good quality hobby grade diy kit

-1 star as it does not have dust cover. I will change if seller updated or sent me the dust cover if i purchase again.This item needs a lot patience to do. Even if its already a diy kit, you should have a lot of patience. This isnt a toy. Its a hobby. Its something you should appreciate and be patient

Fast delivery and it’s really so cute only 1part is missing.This is looks like a music box motor or like the one connected to the lights. In the instruction is written in Chinese characters so I don’t know the name of that thing. Still I didn’t try to switch on the light.

Tbh I didn't expect to get the product with this price in good quality but guess I was wrong. The product is fantastic but if your gifting this to your child you should help him/her out since it's a bit complicated to figure out where and how to start.
