Nothing can stop bad carbs from making us fat and causing insulin resistance except to stop eating them. But we can reduce some of it by taking kidney bean extract whenever we eat a pizza. I trust this brand and this product is the one I buy often. It helps to feel less bloated and fat around the belly. Again, no product will eliminate it all. We have to be diligent about controlling our bodies and not let our bodies control us. We are a work in progress, but that's okay. We will succeed!

This is my 2nd day using these pills. I do intermittent fasting and just needed a little extra something to help. I hate exercising, so I don't. The only exercise I do is walk some distances when I have to lol. I weighed myself before I started taking these pills, 1st day I was 151.3 lbs. The next day i was 147.5 lbs. Like holy hell, that's a lil over 3 lbs lost in 1 day. I took 2 pills 15 mins before a main meal. Warning: if you're gonna take these pills please do it at home because they make you run to the toilet, I went twice the first day i used them, it almost felt like I took a laxative, that's the only thing I didn't like about these pills but other than that, I lost 3 lbs in 1 day woo hoo lol. I'll keep taking 2 daily before my main meals and monitor my weight, will try these for 2 weeks along with intermittent fasting and see how much weight I'll lose.

Love pasta, it blocked the carbs well overnight. Would buy again.

I bought it because of how reasonably priced it is and the brand seems a lot less sketchy than many others on the market. It has now become habit for me to pop a few of these before eating anything starchy, a carry a little bottle with some in my bag too.No bad side effects have happened. If I take too much in a day, occasionally I'll have bad gas for a couple days but not at all smelly actually, like just air lol, so not noticeable, and strangely enough, although I'll get gas, the pills actually REDUCE bloating TREMENDOUSLY after eating starchy foods. I used to get a swollen face and belly after eating anything carby and now my stomach stays flat (even when I get gassy!?!). Plus if I take these pills, I don't retain water after eating starchy meals.There was one instance where I definitely overdid it on the pills (I popped them nonstop throughout thanksgiving) and woke up in the middle of the night with the worst cramps of my life, I actually thought I was going to die of the pain, I thought maybe an intruder had stabbed my abdomen with a knife. But it went away after 20 min and there was no nausea or diarrhea, etc...Overall I honestly can't say for sure about weight loss because I'm underweight anyway and don't weigh myself on a constant basis or count calories. But I'm about %85 sure that it's effective because there was a period of a couple of weeks on vacation where I overate like crazy while popping these pills throughout and barely moved and still gained nothing (I do NOT have a fast metabolism AT ALL) but the positives are that I never get bloated anymore after eating carbs if I take these pills first. I think people complain that it isn't effective because they take these pills thinking that they now have permission to stuff their faces double the amount as usual, which basically just destroys the purpose. If you take the pills and continue eating like you normally do, or even cut down a bit, you can expect to see amazing results...
