Great source for science experiments, but also great for aquaria.
Plants were thick and healthy, plus they arrived with some great pond life included (Small Arthropods, protists, etc)—PERFECT for my science classroom. I’ve been growing them for 3 months now in a clear bucket placed in a bright, western window, with one bunch having been split up for a pond vivarium. Some of the excess growth was trimmed, then placed in 2 separate 3 gallon betta fish tanks (with low light), where it is still thriving. Everything has been very healthy and vibrant. I have been able to run several experiments including microscope usage, plant cells, cytoplasmic streaming, cell Tonicity, and photosynthesis (Biology thru A.P. Bio) over several months using the same 3 pack. Best plant products I have received in years for experiments.Edit: Just bought another 3 pack (1 free) for labs this year. Plants were excellent--again--thriving, thick, green and vibrant. We were able to see tons of chloroplasts as well as cytoplasmic streaming. Were also able to make out vacuoles and evidence of cell membranes on some cells. Cells walls are always easy to see.

Pond snail infested waste of money
The elodea I received was INFESTED with pond snails. Not to mention a random damselfly larvae. I put them in a holding tank with a few other plants I was waiting to see if any invasive species popped up in, and hours later I spotted all of those in the attached picture, none of which were present in the 2 days prior. It took 2 tries to cleanse the all the plants of them and by the end I had maybe 2/3rds of the OTHER plants in the tank and about 2-3 tiny stalks of the elodea left that survived the salt water treatment and rinsing. My order cost me ~$20 but in the end it’s cost me ~$60 worth of plants overall. DO NOT PUT THESE IN WITH OTHER PLANTS while making sure they don’t have invasive species. It’ll ruin them.I wasted my money.

Buy 2 Get 2 turned into Buy 2 Get 1 Free + another free plant
*Old Review*I ordered this for the buy 2 + 1 free and ended up getting a buy 2 get 2. Overall the plants look pretty healthy and are doing well but they did come with some hair algae on them that'll require attention before placing in the main tank. The plants came packaged double bagged in water with no leaks and held up well through shipment. I tried contacting the seller over the missing 6 stems with no response before writing a review. Overall I'm decently satisfied with the order, at least the plants I did get are rather healthy and should propagate enough over time to make up for not receiving the free 6 stems.*Updated Review*The seller surprised me today with a package that I was not expecting, It was shipped priority 2 day shipping. Inside the package was the missing elodea densa bundle which had much healthier hardy looking thick stems and much bigger pieces plus another plant which I did not order as a nice surprise. It appears to be Ludwigia Repens, this plant looks very healthy and has a nice red coloring to go with the green. There were snails again with a couple black flat worms but it's no big deal as long as you're prepared to deal with it as this seems common across most sellers. Almost no hair algae on this batch too which is a plus. I've updated my overall rating on this review due to the surprise I had waiting for me today.Updated with pictures of the 2nd shipment.

Hardy and grow fast.
I don’t have CO2 but I do have plant-destroying goldfish…but these little plants rock! They’ve grown and been trimmed since I planted them a few weeks ago! They’re very green, and arrived in great condition. the seller also included lead weights.

Bought twice now... will keep buying more
This is the second time I have bought these from this seller. I’m pleased and will buy more from them shortly as my goldfish keep omm-nomming them up. They arrive healthy and green. They look beautiful in the tank. These are softer and finer then other Anacharis species I’ve gotten in the past which is great for not scratching delicate fins and the fish don’t get so tangled up in them, (black moors tend to blunder into the plants and sometimes get tangled).Note: They keep arriving a day before the first possible arrival date too, so keep an eye out for them and don’t let they sit in the mail too long! (Can’t really complain about extra-prompt delivery)All in all... LUV THEM!

Live plants are great. but with snails.
This was 2 weeks late to get to me. Plants arrived ok, I put them in my quarantine aquarium and now I see about 5 small snails. I went to Petco about a week after I order this and Petco is selling the same plant for $2.99

Came with infestation of waterlily aphids
The media could not be loaded. (Tl;dr -- My plants came with waterlily aphid infestation, company handled it very weird but I kept the plants and cleaned them anyway. They're doing good now though.)The elodea themselves were okay, a few were yellowing and some were completely brown, but I managed to save majority of the bags of the 3 that I received.Though my review is low because these plants came with an aphid infestation. I had to do a day's worth of research and asking fellow fish keepers to figure out they were waterlily aphids. I'm assuming they had these as floating plants or clipped them and the aphids hitched a ride. I decided to do a bleach dip on them and make sure to rinse them off veryyy well and soak them for almost a week. They're in the tank and doing good now thankfully, and no infestation upon my tank either.I contacted the company but they told me that I bought my plants from someone else and that in the pics the plants "aren't even elodea"??? I was shocked tbh that they refused to accept that these plants were their's. They offered if I returned them then I could get a refund, but I want these plants (that's why I bought 'em!). I don't know if a provider of there's has a pond of some sort, but other than that, the plants are generally good.
