I bought it and I was very excited about my baby first eating day and unfortunately the steamer isn’t working

Faulty item and it is not being taken back
Item is faulty. Delivery took so long I wasn’t able to take it with me until a later date. Now that I’ve opened it and tested the steamer is not working. It has never been used. Dont buy from this seller

Bad quality product
W e have bought this in jan..w restarted giving solid on Feb and hence started using on Feb.. In 15 days time, we have realized that grinder is rubbing with jar of food and releasing plastic parts and it’s very dangerous and can’t be used Pls take this urgently

Safety and health Hazards for kids
Philips Avent , I am highly disappointed with the quality of your this product. The inside of the blade of the blender are getting scratches due to friction.We notice plastic particles inside the baby food, so we checked. It can cause major health problems. We have already prepared food before for him, so we don't know how much harm it has done. Our baby is only 6months old, It's dangerous for the baby. How can the quality control approve such product for distribution in the market.

Defective
I purchased this 5 months ago and started to use just now but the water is leaking from the tank when boiling i contacted the philips avent customer service in facebook and send a video of the problem they give a number to contact in uae but the lady said they cannot do anything since i dont have an official receipt from amazon and cannot be pick up expensive but not worth it.
