Best purchase a gym goer can get
Coming from a person who never used lifting straps before, this one right here is transforming my pulling session. It has been a while that my back is this sore, probably because i am able to do more reps with more muscle mind connection and completely takes out your wrist and bicep out of the equation when pulling. so glad i bought these.

Don’t get hooked
Item broke on first use! I don’t recommend. I tried a pull-up and was hit in the head after the hook snapped off the wrist band and struck me. First and last time using this one!!
