Excellent air cooler
Excellent air cooler. Fan is very powerful and can blow you away. Works well to pvode cooling effect and make summers more bearable.

Utterly useless in the Dubai summer heat
Was skeptical about this before buying and my suspicion was confirmed. Don't bother with this supposed,"cooler" to even remotely meet your hopes. Gave two stars because of the descent build quality and works as a good outdoor fan.

Too loud
It is much better than a fan but the noise is too much and it is not convenient to place ice packs in the tank.

Not Recommended for this Region !!
I bought this air-cooler recently. Not at all recommended for this region. We even tried - poured buckets of ice chilled water, ice cubes and Ice packs (which comes along with the product) into water compartment, hoping cold air. To our surprise, fan works well but no cooling at all. This might be good for regions with 27°C or below. I do understand and it's not fair to compare with a conventional Air conditioner. But hoped it would work marginally. It just cannot handle Middle East summer. Better, get a Floor Standing Fan !

Airflow control issue
Water tank is excellent and quality is good. 50% of the Airflow is closed!! and don't have full control over the Airflow direction.

Don’t buy it, cheap quality
Broke down after just one month of purchase. Motor making strange noises. For repair instead of manufacture warranty customer care asking me to use my own purchased warranty.
