I found the Govee brand to work well and I have been at this for about five years now. I have a strip light and two different variations of TV backlights. So when I had a use for a plug control device and saw that Govee offered one, I snatched it up. actually, I found this four pack so that seemed like a good idea.I've used these before for temporary situations, like turning Christmas lights on/off, but I bought some Roku speakers and there's no easy way to turn them on and off so, VOILA! Govee to the rescue. I added the two devices and then added the two devices to a group so now I can tell Alexa "turn Roku speakers on".The setup is simple. The Govee plugs do pretty well. The ones I used for Christmas lights were outside (I would tape them inside of a ziplock bag) but heck they lasted about five years.

Love these! So simple to set up. I have had other "smart home" products that were so much more difficult and unreliable. I'm using mine with Alexa and it works great. Just register it with the Govee app and the Alexa app picks it up automatically. Range is kind of amazing. I have one of them inside a metal box in my landscape lighting controller and it still reaches my router! Very good value in the four pack.

I put up some lights around my room and wanted a way to control them from my phone and stop having to unplug them everyday after I used them, this works perfectly. Wonderful value for the price. I’ve been using the Govee smart plug for a few weeks now, and it’s been great. Setup was quick through the Govee app, and it connected to my WiFi without any issues. Extremely fast and easy to set up. I already had the app for a kettle I used from Govee, the app recognized the plugs right away and I was able to set up the automation exactly how I wanted. It took less than 5 minutes to set up all of my grow lights to automatically come on with the sunrise and turn off with the sunset. Also convenient that I can just group up the plugs to use the same automations, I don’t have to configure each one. Will definitely be buying again!!

I already had some Govee dual plugs in my home. Setup for these was quick and simple. No issues. And they don't block the other outlet.

One of the four had a malfunctioning button, so it wouldn’t connect to the app. I reached out to Govee customer service and they sent a complete replacement 4-pack. They even checked back with me a week later to make sure things are still going well.With regards to the product, the main reason I purchased it was because I use “hey Google“ and I love how this essentially can turn any appliance hey-Google compatible (or Alexa if that’s what you’re into).Connecting it and labeling the plugs were extremely easy. Each plug takes about one minute to set up. I wish there was a way that the plug can track how much watts are being used through it, but so far it’s wonderful for my automated routines. Overall, highly recommend

I absolutely love these so I ordered them a second time, I use them for all my Christmas trees and lights around the inside of the house. They connect great to my Alex but they are a little difficult to reconnect if you unplug them.
