Exceptional!
To begin with, I am a professional concrete coating installer. I have used many different styles, brands, etc. These have been absolutely amazing so far and I am on my second pair in a year. The first pair lasted me about 5k sqft before I bought new ones for a large job and they still have life left in them. My newest pair has already been put through many different floors, atleast another 5k in grinding and still just as thick! These are meant for medium hard floors, not soft or very hard concrete. If you use them on the correct type of concrete they will work wonders. If you use them incorrectly on concrete they weren't designed for, as many DIYer's do, than they will not last. You need the correct hardness for the concrete.

Much better then buying when you rent the machine.
These bits have lasted at least 5x more than the name brand version and fit the same machines. Twice the wear layer as the ones you buy from the rental store and 1/3 the cost. I bought several sets thinking because they were off brand they wouldn’t fair as much… currently grinding ceramic tile with over 3k square feet of terrazzo before that. Very impressed!

low cost
Rental companies charging @$300 for identicalbut consider going w #30 coarse as takes too long for removal. Then you can followup w this grade. half a double driveway took grind heads to zero, so might need 2 sets.

Not dimensionally accurate
These inserts are too thick for an Edco grinder that doesn't have the height adjustment. Most rental units fall into this class. This gives an uneven, gouging cut.
