This reverse 3-way control plate is a great upgrade to any factory setup. By reversing the order of the controls, the volume knob is placed closer to your hands when playing which allows for quicker, easier access for volume swells. Trust us, once you try this out for a gig, you'll wonder why you didn't switch sooner.

This is a great buy ! If soldering isn't your favorite thing , then this is it ! Super clean solder joints , neat wiring plus top quality parts , made in the U.S.A. I was disappointed with the split shaft pots and smaller knobs with a very fine knurl. I was able to open up the splits enough to use FULL size knobs with a course knurl. After all , the reason to reverse the plate is for volume and tone swells. The small , finely knurled knobs are not as workable as the regular sized knobs found in solid shaft pots.
