awesome awesome scope
I've got this exact scope on a Remington 700 CDL CUSTOM DELUXE 300 Remington Ultra Magnum and with the recoil of this gun it seems to stay on zero it has excellent eye relief and is crystal clear and the light transmission even in the late evening is awesome I can see through it when it is dark out side at about 6:00 pm during hunting season I mean during the winter time during daylight savings time and I set on a hay field and can see all the way across the hay field which is 100 yards and across a corn field which is 200 yards and about 25 yard into the woods. So in my opinion it just as good as the swarhovski Z6 scopes which are as you know @ 4times the cost of this scope but I've always been told to spend more on your scope than you do your rifle so that's what I tried to do but the place that I bought my scope from had them on sale for 689.99 and I had bought the meopro scope about 4 or 5 weeks before this and I just traded it back in which the owner gave me the full price for the scope back and I traded some bullets that I had bought from him back in to him for the difference but again he gave me full price for them also but the only down side to this scope is you'll have to use a padded cheek rest to get your eye up to it if you don't have a Monte Carlo stock on your rifle with the rings that I had to use which again I bought the best rings on the market the dnz high one piece rings they were on sale for 75.99 but I am very pleased with the set-up. But the only down side is that I now have right at 1700.00 to 1800.00 hundred dollars in the set-up now too. But that really isn't that bad considering that it's what I wanted and it's in a caliber that I wanted that I can hunt with all over the continent of North America and all but elephants in Africa. So like I said it isn't that bad of a price because they sale bullets for the rifle that are level 1 level 2 and level 3 which level 1 makes it the same as a 30-06 and the level 2 makes it the same as the 300 Winchester Magnum then level 3 takes it up to the 300 ULTRA MAGNUM WHICH IS A BAD BAD ROUND IT SHOOTS a 200gr bullet at about 3032fps with over 4000 lbs of kinetic energy at the muzzle but I know that you don't want to hear about the rifle or the bullets you want to hear about the scope but it is awesome too...:-)
